3231 Creatives is a creative incubator and collaborative, co-working space for all ages!
- We provide a fun, engaging environment that empowers innovation and creativity through both individual and collaborative projects.
- We collaborate with local community partners to spearhead creative and vitality focused projects intent on helping people learn new skills, cultivate their talent and creativity while supporting local economic development.
- We provide support and facilities for a multitude of pursuits: fine arts, crafting, sewing, Fashion Upcycling, screen printing, ceramics, music, dance, theater, writing, gardening, retail, Urban Gardening / Permaculture and health/wellness.
- We specialize in business start-ups and internships and provide on-going support and expertise to help their success, as well as retail exposure and coverage, and a dynamic, innovative community.
Our 25,000 sq. foot building offers below-market rates on facilities to accommodate a wide variety of work space and community needs: private studios / offices, design studio spaces (Screen Printing, Ceramics, Fashion Upcycling / Sewing, Permaculture) Open Studio work spaces, and rooms of all sizes for daily rentals for meetings and events!
