      Hi Shyn,
My sincere apologies for taking so long with a reply. For some crazy reason, I haven’t been able to see your question until today (11/23) and again so sorry for the delayed reaction. We do indeed offer daily and hourly rental rates on rooms and would be happy to show you around the building and talk with you further about what’s available. Pls. feel free to give me a call on my cell at 425-241-5611 so we can make a plan to connect. THANKs for your interest and your patience, Iris

I was recently approached by Liam of Art Space , via email that there is some interest in showing some of my work for the up coming event in October. I was just trying to touch base with someone that could give me a little bit more information, and dates and such. Or even if your still interested in showing some of my work . Thanks for you time and I hope to here from you soon!

      Hi Jeromy,
This is crazy. Thanks to Morgan’s help, I’m now able to see inquiries that have been posted to our site. I’m sure glad you persisted in other ways other than our website to get your wonderful art into 3231! It’s been a pleasure getting to know you and having your art in our gallery. Hopefully now, I’ll be much quicker about replying to website inquiries as well.

See you soon and thanks for your patience, Iris

I would like to find out if you have studio space that can be used for the operation of a 220volt electric kiln.

  4. James Lemmer says:

There is a ceramics studio with kilns and power. What kind of work are you planning to do?

You can definitely see your enthusiasm within the article you write.

how they believe. Always go after your heart.

  8. we, supposed, was designed to attract the neighbouring blacks.
Not only does a digger understand that it is quite possible he might discover
a great deal of gold with little or no trouble, but, worse still, he knows he could
work very, very hard without getting any gold
at all. He told Mother that his two black boys became
very nasty the night time as we left their camp; they yelled and sang during most in the night.

    Iris and James,

My name is Sam Watson and I am a guitarist for a band called The Lucky Strikes. We have played at your venue before (a few times) and love what you have to offer.

    • Hi Sam, Thanks for your message. We look forward to hosting the Lucky Strikes band again sometime. We have some great music shows lined up all summer long. Hope to see you and your friends at the CUT:) Best to you, Iris
